Refund & Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility
- Cancel subscriptions up to 72 hours before first delivery for full refund.
- After delivery starts, refunds are pro-rata for unused meal days excluding rest days.
2. Refund Calculation
Refund amount is based on the number of undelivered meal days excluding rest days, minus any applicable fees.
3. Refund Requests
Submit refund requests via:
Include the following details:
- Order number
- Plan type
- Desired cancellation date
- Bank details (if payment was not via card/PayPal)
4. Exchanges (Incorrect or Damaged Meals)
- Report within 24 hours of delivery using the contact methods above.
- Attach a photo of the issue and provide order details.
- Replacement meals will be dispatched within 24 hours at no cost.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Consumed meals or accepted deliveries.
- One-time promotions or redeemed gift cards.
- Merchandise or add-ons.
6. Rescheduling
Customers may reschedule deliveries up to two times per subscription with a minimum of 48
hours’ notice.
